Week Two

HEY!

So I need to start off this email with a story.  Last Tuesday was the 50th anniversary of the MTC, so there was a devotional, and rumors running around that the first presidency was going to speak. So my companion and I waited in line for 2 hours in a sweatbox of a room to try and get good seats. It turns out that we were the cut off from the Gym being closed, so we were going to have to go to the overflow seating. I wasn't for that, so we snuck into the Gym, but got kicked out. We sat pouting in the overflow until they said "The last 5 rows, there is now room in the gym" so we honestly sprinted over. It turns out that Jeffery R Holland bore his testimony, and Russel M. Nelson gave a talk and redidicated some buildings. Were were 15 YARDS away from them! It was so cool.

Anyways, the MTC is going well. The older missionaries just left, so there's only going to be 20 Deutchers in the whole MTC for the next 6 weeks. It was sad, but I got some good pictures to send home to you guys. My estimated departure date is March 19 by the way.

I am so thankful for the short sleeve shirts. Our classroom is honestly consistently 80 degrees, and wearing long sleeves in there is killer. 

Meine Altern: Ich liebe dich. I miss you guys so much! But I'm doing the right thing and I know it. There's not much to say. I'm getting into the groove of things really.
